As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee and document healthcare services, medical needs, and interventions for members. You will actively participate in Individual Support Plans and case conferences, advocating for the optimal health of program members while coordinating medical services with Primary Care Physicians. Your role will ensure medical compliance, manage treatment plans, and maintain confidential medical files for members.
