#1681 Geneva, NY, USA Pay Range $40.71 Pay Range $40.71 Job Description New Grad 2026 RN Endo and Pre-Post Finger Lakes Health Geneva General Hospital and Finger Lakes Health ASC Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pre/Post or Endo team. This position plays a vital role in providing safe, patient-centered care across the perioperative continuum while supporting our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve. Education + Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing + Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure & Certifications + License: Current New York State license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (required)- All new grads must be fully licensed by August 10, 2026 to begin the residency program. + Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire/orientation Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion + Professional, courteous, and effective interaction with patients, families, and team members + Strong ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and support teamwork through positive role modeling + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills (in person and via telephone) + Computer literacy with prior experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system + Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products Customer Focus The RN demonstrates behaviors consistent with Finger Lakes Health’s Healing Environment principles by: + Maintaining professionalism and effective communication + Attending to the care environment + Ensuring patient safety + Promoting dignity, respect, and overall well-being + Exemplifying healthy, collaborative relationships Population-Specific Requirements The RN must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care to patients across the lifespan.
