The pay range for this position is $44.15-69.00

Job Summary:

Manages hospice activities, workflow and nursing resources.

Education/Licenses:

Registered Nurse professional licensure/certification required.

Experience:

3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for all hospice functions, including staffing patterns, computer/data management activity, clinical medical record preparation and processing, insurance verification and documentation, inventory control, corporate responsibility/improvements activities and resolution of internal and external complaints and concerns.Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the day-to-day leadership of operations and the strategic development of hospice.Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
