RN Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Manager or LCSW Full-time Days

Your job is more than a job.

You understand the unique challenges and rewards of being a behavioral health nurse because, let’s face it, physical health is nothing without mental wellness. You know it’s not always about a cure, so you use every ounce of skill and compassion to comfort your patients struggling with diagnoses like depression, bipolar disorder, and social phobias. At the end of the day, isn’t it really about each of us as humans having a shot at living our best life with the hand we were dealt?

Because you care so deeply, it’s not a 9 to 5 job to you, but a calling that doesn’t always allow you to switch off your daily experiences once the shift is over. We understand and that’s why we’ve got your back, offering health and wellness resources for nurses like you. We love that you bring everything you’ve got to this specialized nursing role.

Your experiences, knowledge, skills, empathy, compassion, and your “little something extra” all add up to you. And we’re excited to get to know you and find out what you’ll bring to this compassionate nursing role.
