Director of Nursing (DON) Mattapan Health and Rehabilitation 85-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility | Mattapan, Massachusetts Mattapan Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional care to our residents while fostering a supportive, engaging environment for staff. This is a key leadership role for a nursing professional who is passionate about quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, resident dignity, and staff satisfaction. --- Position Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
