Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities: 

Provides assessment of educational needs and facilitation of unit compliance. Assists Clinical Nurse Manager in identification, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of unit activities, projects, and hospital wide programs. Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications:

Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio Bachelor’s degree preferredCPR requiredACLS required within one year of employmentMinimum of 5 years clinical nursing experienceCertification in Specialty within 6 monthsDemonstrated leadership and teaching abilitiesDemonstrated professional and ethical behavior Overview
