Uses 2 (two) separate hospital approved identifiers to safely identify the patient prior to medication / blood administration. + Maintain a safe, therapeutic work environment at all times and identifies and addresses problems to the appropriate departments. + Adheres to principles of infection control, including medical and surgical asepsis and isolation techniques. Demonstrates aseptic technique while conducting sterile dressing changes, urinary catheterizations, and other similar duties. + Receive, interpret and implement physician orders in a safe and timely manner.
