Where You Will Work:
Union West is a fast-paced procedural unit serving the Stallings/Matthews area. This beautiful facility hosts one endoscopy suite with staff working in preop, postop, and the procedure room alongside physicians. The unit focuses on strong teamwork, patient education, and safety, caring for inpatients and outpatients. We are located in the OR unit, working along with surgical preop and PACU. We take pride in the care we take of our patients and this is a great place to join a wonderful team!
We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS preferredWhat You’ll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.About This Location:

• 28 medical/surgical beds

• 10 emergency department bays open 24/7, with a helipad
• 3 operating rooms
• 3 surgery suites
• 1 cesarean (C-section) delivery operating room
• Imaging services, including MRI, CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound and more
• Laboratory and pharmacy services
