Become part of the dynamic 4-bed Operating Room team at Atrium Health Lake Norman, where we specialize in providing high-quality surgical care across a wide range of specialties. Our OR team collaborates closely with skilled surgeons, anesthesiologists, and Advocate Health teammates to deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Whether you're assisting with general surgery, orthopedics, Urology, or Gynecology, you'll be part of a supportive environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and continuous learning. We are committed to ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care from pre-op to recovery.

Expectations We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association1 year of OR experience as a RN strongly preferred

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
