Position Summary

This role combines a continuous‑improvement mindset with hands‑on system engineering and 24/7 incident response. The engineer is responsible for designing, rolling out, and sustaining the RMS platform, ensuring it operates reliably, efficiently, and at scale while driving measurable performance and operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
 

Process & System Innovation   Design and rollout RMS system improvements that raise efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Change‑Point Preparation, Release & Monitoring   Plan, execute, and supervise RMS system changes to ensure smooth, risk‑free deployments.

Automation & Tooling   Build scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and alerting mechanisms that streamline releases and incident response.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement   Define KPIs, publish dashboards, run post‑mortems, and drive corrective actions.

Ticket & Incident Management (including 24/7 Escalation)   Own end‑to‑end RMS incident handling, providing expert support outside regular hours.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

4+ years of application support/ownership experience.

Semiconductor manufacturing domain knowledge.

Proficient in Object Oriented Programming (java) with strong SQL querying skills.

Version‑control & CI/CD experience.

Proven incident‑ownership and escalation handling.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

Eligible full-time employees (salaried or hourly) may also receive MBO bonuses based on company, division, and individual performance.
