**Job Title: Maintenance Technician II** Job Description As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors. You will conduct preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures, as well as perform battery changes and maintenance. The role involves managing work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), troubleshooting and identifying equipment issues, and managing inventory, including spare parts. Responsibilities + Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment. + Complete preventative maintenance routines and document procedures. + Perform battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries. + Enter downtime data in daily log and complete PM sheets. + Manage work orders within a CMMS. + Possess knowledge of electrical basics components. + Troubleshoot and identify equipment problems. + Track and store department inventory, including spare parts. Essential Skills + At least 2+ years of experience in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. + 2+ years of experience in repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls. + 2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading. + 2+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles. + 2+ years of experience following and demonstrating safety standards. + 1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems. + 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial industries. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. + Automated conveyor systems experience. + Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Continuous improvement mindset. + Willingness to learn and grow. + Experience with MHE safety standards. + Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college in Mechanical or Electrical field. + 2+ years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical field. + 2+ years of experience with PLC-based control systems. + Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.
