Our client, a leader in financial technology, is seeking a Risk Tech Delivery Manager to join their team. As a Risk Tech Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting critical technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, complex problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Risk Tech Delivery Manager
**Location:** Addison, TX or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
**Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide support leveraging procedural documentation to mitigate risk deliverables.
+ Conduct effective risk assessments, analysis, and mitigation techniques within a financial technology environment.
+ Coordinate and execute RISE and Trident deliverables to ensure compliance and risk management.
+ Perform hygiene checks, tollgate tracking, and validation of risk metrics.
+ Facilitate communication with support teams to resolve risk-related issues efficiently.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risk.
+ Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Jenkins.
+ Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to manage tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
