The Relay Trust organization in Relay Product and Technology (RPT) is constantly innovating new ways of building technology and programs to deliver the next generation of fraud prevention solutions for our customers. The goal of the Relay Trust team is threefold: 1) provide a best-in-class experience for carriers and drivers, 2) protect Amazon and our community from carrier and drivers that do not comply with Amazon Relay Policies, and 3) provide clear guidance for carriers and drivers to improve. This role will help carriers and drivers better understand our policies and teams internal to Amazon track and react to evolutions of our policies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a number of projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The candidate will have experience developing communications across multiple formats and handling escalated policy compliance questions; demonstrating excellent judgment. This individual should be a creative problem solver who is meticulous, customer-obsessed, comfortable in navigating high levels of ambiguity and have a history of cross-functional engagement with a wide array of stakeholders. They must also be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards. Key job responsibilities 1. Manage the policy lifecycle, support internal customers as a recognized expert on policy requirements, applicability and compliance; 2. Develop and enact onboarding and change management processes for new policy compliance initiatives; 3. Identify and drive opportunities to automate or refine compliance processes; 4. Identify, manage, and resolve time-sensitive policy escalations; 5. Draft and present deep-dive documents and reports on policy and process gaps; 6. Partner with internal teams including Product, Legal, Operations to ensure carriers and drivers comply with regulatory and Amazon requirements; 7. Champion and execute new initiatives to improve Amazon controls; 8. Be a SME for the Voice of Relay Carriers and Drivers and a key point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders About the team The RPT organization builds software systems that work across our vendors, warehouses and carriers to optimize both time and cost of getting the packages delivered. Our services already handle thousands of requests per second, make business decisions impacting billions of dollars a year, integrate with a network of small and large carriers, owner operators and drivers worldwide, manage business rules for millions of unique products, and improve ordering and delivery experience for millions of online shoppers. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
