As a Product Delivery Vice President on the Risk Decision Product team, you will be responsible for providing real-time and batch decision-making across the Risk life cycle, from Offer Generation and Acquisitions to Account Management and Collections. You will utilize internal data, third-party/external data, customer information, and models to maximize profit, manage risk, and deliver shareholder value. This will be achieved through the rapid deployment of Risk strategies in a controlled environment.
As a part Risk Decision product team you will lead initiatives which deliver a customer-centric Risk service to improve customer experience, enhance risk management capabilities, and maximize profit within the risk appetite. You will partner across the business to execute on an ever-evolving roadmap to drive business objectives by leading cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive features and experiences to market with an agile mindset that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive complex initiatives that enhance Risk Management Capabilities and Modernization effortsPartner across Risk to help lead the continual build-out of the product roadmapDefine product initiatives for new features and enhancementsWork collaboratively with business, architecture and technology to ensure a unified product landscapeProvide clear vision and scope documentation, workflows, detailed epics/features, use cases and other materials as needed to support design, development and infrastructureTrack and manage business case metrics ensuring that initiative/feature delivery stays on track and on budgetPrepare executive-level product updates inclusive of current production metrics, new feature delivery planning and financial forecastingCreate and maintain dashboards/reports, and track initiative metricsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
7+ years of experience in financial servicesExperience managing complex initiatives across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexitiesStrong understanding of, or experience working in an Agile development frameworkExperience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and execution, including bringing together cross-functional teams within an Agile development frameworkAbility to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizationsAdept at influencing peers with diverse points of view and building consensusStructured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skillsHighly self-motivated with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel during periods of ambiguityExperienced in stakeholder management at a senior level and presenting metrics & progress accordinglyExcellent verbal and written communication, influencing and relationship building skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
