As a Credit Risk Analytics Senior Associate in Commercial Banking Credit Risk, you will have direct interaction and partnership with senior leaders in the Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Credit Risk organization for operational analytics. A unique opportunity to work in an analytics-enabled and insights-driven function that drives organizational optimization. You will need to have exceptional drive and energy, solid analytical and financial skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, hands-on experience in analytics, strategy and business development, and the organizational agility to influence decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Interface with business leaders and stakeholders to clearly explain results and hone analytics to address business concerns and/or evolve strategies. Support the development, implementation, and execution of key reporting to be leveraged by senior audience, including reporting data model design and implementation. Synthesize business needs and design and execute analytical use cases focused on delivering timely and relevant operational insights. Provide tactical and strategic assistance to help drive operational alignment and process improvement across CIB Credit Risk and within the internal team. Identify areas for continued process improvement and efficiencies by generating innovative ideas/solutions. Prepare presentation materials to be shared with management, business groups and other stakeholders.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Technical and analytical – ability to analyze and synthesize large amount of data, while incorporating relevant business context, to develop strategic conclusions with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and QlikSense Communications – strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize “story” for executive-level audience and adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas. Teamwork and leadership – ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting and drive towards the strategic end-state. Project management and execution – Organizational and time management skills to manage across multiple priorities and through changing business demand and deliver on the agreed upon scope and timeline. Previous banking, management consulting, or equivalent experience. Expertise in Python and/or R.
