Join a dynamic Accounting and Finance team as a Risk Management Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide insurance and risk initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work across departments, manage critical data systems, and contribute to the company’s compliance and claims processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute and manage shipping requests related to insurance documentation and claims.
· Maintain and update records in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
· Support business insurance projects including: Lease requirement reviews, Certificate of insurance management, Renewal data collection and documentation.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure insurance compliance and risk mitigation.
· Utilize Excel and Smartsheets for data tracking, reporting, and project coordination.
Required Skills
· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Working knowledge of: Coverage placement, Contract review, Insurance compliance, Claims management, Insurance recovery.
· Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
· High school diploma required.
· Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management, insurance, or finance.
· Higher education may substitute for experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.61/hr.
