Risk Management Coordinator

Description

Join a dynamic Accounting and Finance team as a Risk Management Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide insurance and risk initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work across departments, manage critical data systems, and contribute to the company’s compliance and claims processes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage shipping requests related to insurance documentation and claims.Maintain and update records in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS).Support business insurance projects including:Lease requirement reviewsCertificate of insurance managementRenewal data collection and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure insurance compliance and risk mitigation.Utilize Excel and Smartsheets for data tracking, reporting, and project coordination.

🛠 Required Skills

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Working knowledge of:Coverage placementContract reviewInsurance complianceClaims managementInsurance recoveryProficiency in Excel and Smartsheets for data analysis and reporting.

🎓 Qualifications

High school diploma required.Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management, insurance, or finance.Higher education may substitute for experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.61/hr.
