As an Analyst within the External Risk Reporting (ERR) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering complete, accurate, and timely risk metrics to US regulators, including the FRB, OCC, and FDIC. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Regulatory Strategy, Credit Risk Management, Operations, Finance, and Technology to streamline reporting processes and execute robust controls in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare report content, analyze reporting data, manage follow-up actions, and track, escalate, and remediate data issues, ensuring the highest standards of data quality.

Prepare, Verify and Execute processes and workflows to gather and analyze data, ensuring our reports are accurate and insightful. Collaborate, Connect and Work alongside a dynamic team to aggregate data from multiple sources and present it in a way that tells a compelling story. Embrace change and quickly adapt to new reporting processes, ensuring we stay ahead in a fast-paced environment. Monitor data quality controls and document processes to maintain the highest standards in our reporting. Support Compliance and assist in preparing relevant documentation that supports reporting results and adheres to internal policies and standards.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Economics or a related field. Analytical Mindset, ability to understand regulatory requirements and business drivers, and a curiosity that looks for the story behind the data. Detail oriented approach within large datasets to verify accuracy of data and effectiveness of processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau). Excellent interpersonal skills to work seamlessly within a team on both individual and shared responsibilities. A presence that commands attention and effectively communicates with colleagues, stakeholders and management, both written and verbal. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
1 plus years experience within a risk, financial, and/or reporting environment is preferred. Hands on experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
