담당업무 :
Identifying, assessing, and regularly monitoring risks across financial, operational, compliance, and information technology domains.Developing and enhancing assurance programs and reviewing systems of internal controls to ensure robustness and effectiveness.Conducting comprehensive assurance tests to determine compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.Identifying and addressing issues/non-conformance in processes and internal controls, providing actionable recommendations.Collaborating with relevant departments and teams to ensure timely implementation of remediation measures.Preparing detailed findings and comprehensive feedback, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for relevant stakeholders.Developing and delivering relevant training and communication to enhance understanding and compliance.Providing detailed reports, summaries, and strategic plans related to the assurance function.Handling other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.자격요건 :
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Risk, Business Administration or equivalent.Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience, with a strong understanding of the financial sector.Results-driven, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving best practices and continuous improvement.Proven ability to work independently and in teams, sharing information, supporting colleagues, and encouraging participation.Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.High degree of integrity and personal responsibility.Positive, people-oriented, and committed to learning and development.Professional-level proficiency in Korean and good proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
