Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Risk BA / PM - NJ to join their team. As a Risk BA / PM, you will be part of the Regulatory Portfolio supporting the Counterparty Credit Risk Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Risk BA / PM - NJ
**Location:** Jersey City, NJ
**What's the Job?**
+ Take on end-to-end ownership of the program, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
+ Oversee all projects within the program, identifying and managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
+ Review and publish weekly status reports for the program, keeping stakeholders informed.
+ Collaborate with project managers to understand progress and provide necessary support.
+ Maintain a flexible and hardworking approach in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across multiple locations and time zones.
+ Familiarity with scaled agile delivery principles, PI planning, and agile scrum methodology.
+ Technical proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
+ Experience in financial markets products and risk analytics is a plus.
