As a Risk Architecture - Associate - User Acceptance Testing in the Risk Execution and Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and enhancing the User Acceptance Testing function for strategic business initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure testing readiness, drive process improvements, and deliver high-quality results that support the firm’s risk architecture objectives. Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive test approaches, plans, and scripts for business-critical projectsExecute business scenarios in UAT environments, ensuring alignment with requirementsCollaborate with technology, business partners, project managers, and external vendors to clarify requirements and share testing statusMaintain and update testing artifacts, ensuring documentation accuracy and completenessReconcile test results across different tests and stakeholder groupsIdentify and incorporate process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectivenessPartner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and milestone completionFacilitate quality testing practices across various products and initiativesCommunicate regularly with stakeholders, providing consistent updates on automation testing statusAssess, create, and build automation tools to drive efficiency and cost reductionReconcile automated test results with expected manual outcomes

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience3-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, including test plan formulation and executionProficiency in JIRA, including process flow understanding and task creationExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and qTest toolAbility to write and execute SQL queriesWorking knowledge of Unix operating systemFamiliarity with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level communicationsExcellent organizational and project management skills; adept at managing competing priorities under tight deadlinesProven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across teamsDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly; high degree of initiative and self-direction
