**Job Title:Rigger** Job Description As a Laborer, you will be responsible for preparing materials, operating heavy equipment, and performing various manual tasks. This role requires physical strength and stamina, as you will be lifting heavy objects (up to 120 lbs) and working in a dynamic environment. Entry-level candidates are welcome, but you must be comfortable with labor-intensive tasks. **Responsibilities:** + Inspecting and preparing loads for movement. + Setting, aligning, and leveling heavy equipment. + Preparing and maintaining equipment such as beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts. + Operating heavy machinery and maneuvering loads by hand. + Ensuring compliance with safety procedures. + Communicating effectively with the team. + Directing workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads. + Breaking down equipment and conducting post-use inspections. **Essential Skills:** + Ability to lift 100-120 lbs. + Forklift experience. + Strong communication skills. + Attention to detail and safety. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience with boom lifts or scissor lifts is preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
