**Job Title: Rigger** **Job Description** This position is dedicated to assembling parts and utilizing hand tools to complete boat trailers by installing various add-ons and accessories, such as lighting, non-skid mats, fenders, wheels, tires, boards, winches, and jacks. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and install both large and small parts. + Use measuring tapes and combination squares to position, align, and secure parts. + Operate hand tools to secure bolts, screws, and parts. + Examine workpieces for defects, blemishes, and quality; notify supervisor of any concerns and perform repairs as needed. + Sign off on completed work orders and quality of work. + Maintain, organize, and clean workstation and equipment. + Consistently provide quality results as an inspiring example of the company’s mission. + Ensure all actions comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. + Complete other duties and cross-training activities as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in rigging and stage setup. + Experience with general labor tasks. + Skill in using hand tools and mechanical equipment. + Familiarity with boat building and assembly line processes. + Understanding of work orders and manufacturing maintenance. + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. + Knowledge of manufacturing design and motors. + Experience in manufacturing automotive processes. + Operation of production equipment and production line assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + N/A **Why Work Here?** Join a company that truly cares about its employees, focusing on training and development.
