The Global RFP Team works closely with internal stekeholders to produce accurate and timely responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires across MSCI’s business lines. The team supports business development and client retention by ensuring that submissions are clear, consistent, and aligned with MSCI’s capabilities and standards. The team also oversees content management by maintaining a centralized library of approved responses and ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with internal standards.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end ownership of RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality responses.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize information.Tailor responses to reflect client requirements, MSCI’s product positioning, and relevant regulatory or operational considerations.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all submissions and maintain alignment with MSCI’s brand and messaging standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines, risks, and deliverables to support strategic client requests.Contribute to broader team initiatives, including process enhancements, automation efforts, and knowledge-management activities.Your skills and experience that will help you excelStrong bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative/analytical fields.Postgraduate qualification such as MSc, MBA, or PGDM in Finance is preferred.Progression toward professional certifications such as CFA or FRM is an advantage but not mandatory.Solid understanding of financial concepts, investment principles, and capital markets.Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise client-ready responses.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Excellent stakeholder-management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Experience with RFP tools, content management systems, or workflow platforms is a plus.Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous process improvement.About MSCIWhat we offer you
