WHO WE AREWe are a Contracts and Tender Management function responsible for regional contract lifecycle activities and competitive tender submissions across consumables, equipment, and service portfolios. The team supports commercial operations by managing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, contract documentation, pricing eligibility, and contractual terms in alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. We work with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all contract and tender processes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGManaging end‑to‑end contract and tender processes, including resigns, renewals, competitive tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.Developing, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining contract language, pricing structures, amendments, and eligibility in accordance with internal standards and documented procedures.Leading project management activities for contract resigns and tender submissions, including adherence to timelines, approval workflows, and the Contract Calendar.Conducting terms and conditions analysis, validating requested changes, coordinating with Legal and internal stakeholders, and securing required approvals.Executing and maintaining lifecycle activities for new contracts, renewals, capital agreements, consumables, lease agreements, service agreements, quotes, and extensions.Ensuring compliance with SOPs, BOPs, Approval Rights, Signature Rights, RACI requirements, contract templates, and applicable regulatory obligations.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGUniversity degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in contract management, pricing management, or RFP/RFQ/RFI management; healthcare experience preferred.Experience with contract development, redlining, terms and conditions evaluation, pricing structures, and document control.Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations or customer buying groups and associated contract requirements.Experience with ERP, BI, and workflow systems such as JD Edwards and Cognos, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Professional designation such as PMP, CAPM, or APMP preferred.We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $98,560.00 - $147,840.00 annually, which is inclusive of base salary as well as estimated commissions based on expected target performance. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise, and experience, as well as achievement of sales performance to goal.
