**RF Technician/Integrator** Loveland, CO | **$24.00 – $28.75/hour (DOE)** **Position Summary** We are seeking an **RF Technician/Integrator** to assemble, wire, and troubleshoot RF systems used in electronics testing, communications, and aerospace/defense applications. This role involves interpreting Statements of Work (SOWs), wiring diagrams, and schematics to guide precise electro-mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform complex mechanical and electrical assemblies using work instructions, engineering drawings, and sketches. + Build and wire test systems (“integration”), arranging racks and instruments with precision and accuracy. + Ensure systems meet quality standards, including proper strain relief, bend radius, and organized layouts. + Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues, implement approved changes, and update documentation. + Follow controlled work instructions from both physical documents and electronic systems. + Conduct self-inspections throughout assembly to verify compliance with quality requirements. + Identify and address potential conflicts in assemblies based on engineering feedback. + Perform wiring for various cable systems (GPIB, LAN, RF, SIGNAL, POWER) with accuracy and attention to detail. **Qualifications** + Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and a solid understanding of electronics/electrical systems (gained through work, education, or projects such as building computers, drones, or vehicles). + Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve assembly conflicts. + Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with precision. **Additional Requirements** + Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. + Due to ITAR requirements, candidates must qualify as a “U.S. person” (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized as defined under 22 CFR 120.15).
