**Job Title: Rework Technician** **Job Description** In this role, you will primarily support Truck and CNH upfit projects. We are seeking skilled assemblers or mechanic-level candidates who are adept at performing rework and upfitting on CNH products and work trucks, such as adding accessories and equipment like cranes and lights, or upfitting work trucks and vans for companies. **Responsibilities** + Perform rework and upfitting on CNH products and work trucks. + Use hand and power tools to remove, repair, and assemble parts. + Complete rework on equipment. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations. + Inspect the quality of assembled parts and components. + Kit products and prepare components for installation. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. + Experience working with agricultural or farm equipment. + Ability to work with manufacturing schematics. + Familiarity with overhead cranes and gearboxes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 2 years of mechanical assembly experience. + At least 2 years of experience with power tools and hand tools. + Experience in mechanical assembly in automotive or agriculture settings is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join us in our brand new facility and enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee in our great breakroom. The warehouse occupies half of the building, with all items neatly stored on shelves in boxes. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional extensions until 4:30 or 5:00 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Fargo, North Dakota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
