Mix Room Rework (Bucket Dumpers) - $15.75/hr
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mix Room Rework to join their team. As a Mix Room Rework, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mix Room Rework

Location: Sikeston, MO

Pay Range: $15.75/hr - weekly pay

Shift: 5am-5pm (2-2-3 rotation)/ 3 day weekends 

What's the Job?

Reworking and refining mix room processes to ensure optimal product quality Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Monitoring and adjusting equipment to meet production standards Maintaining accurate documentation of rework activities and quality checks Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment

Relevant credentials within the specified range (100062, 100000) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
