Job Title: Rework Lead
Job Description

We are seeking qualified production personnel to join our team in assembling components for ambulances. The role involves installing components, circuit modules, relays, and harnesses in various assemblies and chassis units for electronic and electromechanical products.

ResponsibilitiesInstall components, circuit modules, relays, and harnesses in a variety of assemblies and chassis units.Use power tools such as drills and edge fillers to fit and assemble various detail parts and assemblies.Cut openings in bodies to accommodate wires and components.Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and repair parts returned from the field.Lead a team of 5 assemblers in the rework department.Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly and production work.Proficiency in mechanical assembly and the use of hand and power tools.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.Experience in rework and paint preparation.Leadership skills, either from military or professional experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with blueprints.Previous supervisory skills.Experience as an auto technician.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
