Rewards Consultant

We are seeking a Rewards Consultant to join our dynamic Career team. In this role, you will work closely with leading multinational clients in Denmark, providing advisory services on total rewards solutions. Depending on your background and level of experience, you will be responsible for providing strategic global HR/Reward advice, as well as for consulting within the Compensation & Benefits space, delivering a wider range of services and consultancies to our clients. Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters in Denmark and subsidiaries of large multinationals. You will work with CxOs, CHRO’s as well as dedicated Rewards Leaders. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world. 

What You Will Do

Provide strategic Reward and broader HR supportExplore and execute business growth opportunitiesConduct in-depth analysis of client reward programs and provide strategic recommendationsSupport the design and implementation of job level frameworks, support our clients on their pay transparency journe and the development of pay structures and incentive plansDevelop and drive client events and client relationshipsIndependent management of client projects and internal projectsBuild strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on rewards and total compensation matters

What You Need to Have

Experience in rewards/total compensation consulting or in-house rewards rolesKnowledge in HR and specialized knowledge within the field of RewardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail orientated with a high personal ambition to ensure high-quality deliveries at all times;Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders;
