Reward Analyst

**Role purpose:**
The Reward Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support across compensation and benefits, delivering accurate data, analysis, and administration. They will play a key role in modelling, scenario analysis, and the governance of UK benefits, as well as supporting the potential future expansion of benefits administration into additional countries.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Deliver high-quality reward data analysis, modelling, and reporting to support business decision-making.
+ Manage day-to-day administration of UK benefits (pensions, healthcare, life assurance) ensuring compliance and accuracy.
+ Provide first-line resolution for reward-related queries, escalating complex cases to the Reward Operations Manager.
+ Support cyclical reward activities (TGBS, Annual Compensation Review) and ad-hoc modelling requests.
+ Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
+ Partner with colleagues to build processes that can scale to include benefits administration for Netherlands, UAE, and Australia.
+ Maintain accurate reward documentation, processes, and data integrity in Workday.
**Skills & experience:**
+ Experience in reward/compensation & benefits administration within a corporate environment.
+ Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
+ Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements in the UK (additional countries desirable).
+ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
