Revit Technician
Job Title: Revit TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Technician to support project managers and engineers in the preparation of construction documents. This role involves close collaboration with team members to create 3D models and 2D details using Revit. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting in the development and upkeep of typical details and company drafting standards.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project managers and engineers to prepare construction documents.Create and maintain 3D models and 2D details using Revit.Assist in developing and maintaining typical details and drafting standards.Work on multiple projects simultaneously.Visit job sites as needed for project requirements.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit with 5 years of experience.Experience in structural or architectural design.Capability as an accurate and proficient modeler and detailer.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates degree in architecture or construction-related field.Experience with BIM modeling is a plus.Strong desire to grow and potentially lead new office initiatives.Work Environment

The role is based in an office setting with a team of three other professionals: two with 3 years of experience and one with 20 years. The work environment is supportive of continuing education, with opportunities for professional development, including licensing efforts. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
