We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to support Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate, coordinated, and detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality design deliverables and seamless collaboration with engineers, designers, and project managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed Revit models for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systemsProduce construction documents, shop drawings, and coordinated BIM deliverablesInterpret engineering sketches, markups, and specifications to create accurate modelsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model coordination and clash resolutionUpdate models based on design changes, RFIs, and field redlinesMaintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows in alignment with company and project requirementsAssist in the creation of schedules, diagrams, and system layoutsParticipate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams with model-related tasksEnsure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and project specificationsQualificationsCertificate, associate degree, or equivalent training in Drafting, BIM Technology, or related fieldAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
