We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer – Revenue Systems to be an integral part of the IT Revenue team and to work closely with upstream teams such as SFDC, the Oracle Apps team, and the Revenue Accounting business team. The candidate must be willing to learn and work in the revenue accounting domain and be a highly organized, self-motivated individual with a strong eagerness to learn.
After training, the candidate will participate in activities involving revenue engine upgrades, bug fixes, close activities, and production support issues. The ideal candidate must be proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle, and Python, and be familiar with ERP and accounting concepts. Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
The candidate will also work on new product integrations, business area integrations, and other initiatives such as AI, BI, RPA, Disclosures, SSP Analysis, and related projects.
This role will participate in the Trimble Digital Transformation project and provides an opportunity to work across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from Quote to Revenue. Knowledge of ERP financial systems (Q2C) is preferred.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing production support for Oracle, RevPro, Domo, and Snowflake.
Actively participate in offshore Revenue Systems support activities and assist with revenue system processes.
Support monthly system pre-close and close activities.
Understand, support, and document revenue report tie-outs.
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Perform use-case testing and regression testing for ongoing upgrades.
Design, document BRDs, and test system enhancements and customizations.
Support UAT and collaborate with end users to resolve incidents and issues.
Troubleshoot both application-level and process-related issues.
Support additional projects related to Revenue Systems.
EducationGraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Apps and AI technologies is an added advantage.
Qualifications / Skills2+ years of Systems experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle ERP, or other programming languages is required.
Strong understanding of core finance functions and accounting concepts, with the ability to produce clear technical and functional documentation.
Hands-on experience with RevPro or other revenue systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Python, or other BI tools is preferred.
Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
