The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will assist and support the handling, analysis, and set up of the hotels’ Revenue database (historical and future data), utilise Hyatt tools and technology as well as co-ordinate the overall Revenue Management functions between other departments. As our new Revenue Reservation Executive you will provide a consistent and professional service and ultimately ensure revenue is maximised with efficient use of functions within the Department.

Duties Responsibilities will include:

Load, maintain, and audit all rate plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with Hyatt standards and corporate RFP agreements.

Maintain OPERA configuration including rate codes, package, special, and upsell codes, alerts, and related system setups.

Monitor all system interfaces for failures or discrepancies; investigate issues and work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to rectify in a timely manner.

Reconcile commissions, including outstanding payments, no-shows and cancellations, and prepare final commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Maintain and manage airline crew and group blocks, ensuring correct inventory setup, rates, and block utilization, and liaise with partners when necessary.

Support the review and follow-up of booking-related inquiries that require revenue or pricing validation.

Assist Director of Revenue Management in ensuring that the hotel has the optimal mix to maximize revenues and profitability.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

Prior experience in a similar level role or reservations/ front desk operations in the hotel industry

Exposure to using OPERA system – highly advantageous

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

An analytical mindset and attention to detail
