This job is part of the General Accounting job function. They are responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance of accounting processes and procedures. You will be leading a stable team of Senior Accountants as well as analyse individual revenue transactions to ensure that revenue is properly documented and recorded according to company policy (US GAAP) **What You’ll Do:** + Lead a stable team of Senior Accountants and monitor teamwork through regular planning, communication and performance assessment to verify that documentation is adequate to support revenue recognition under US GAAP accounting policies. + Review and interpret a significant volume of legal contracts, other supporting documents and correspondence to verify that documentation is adequate to support revenue recognition under US GAAP accounting policies. This can be of varying complexities + Understand and adhere to internal accounting policies, processes and procedures + Recognize and analyse potential issues and/or conflicts and recommend corrective action to minimize issues + Organise documentation for audit + Develop key relationships with internal clients; responding to their routine & non-routine queries **What You'll Need:** + ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified + 5+ years of working in the similar managerial finance function with exposure to US GAAP Reporting; specifically Revenue + Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology preferred + Able to read, analyse and interpret financial reports and complex business documents + Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority + Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player + Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas, etc), Oracle Peoplesoft knowledge advantageous **Company Perks and benefits:** + Health Care: Health Insurance to Self, Immediate family & Parents/In-laws + Accident & Term life Insurance for all employees Accident & Term life Insurance for all employees. + Food & Snacks: Free Meals & snacks are provided in all shifts. + Mental Wellbeing: A confidential service that provides facility of counselling to keep you emotionally & mentally well while dealing with the challenges. + Child Care: We partner with Klay day care and CBRE employees get 100% waiver on admission fee.
