YOUR IMPACT

As a senior member of the Global Marketing Operations team, the Regional Operations Manager is a recognized expert in marketing operations and a strategic partner to Field Marketing and Account Development leadership. This role drives operational excellence, leads large-scale initiatives, and delivers insights that shape regional and global marketing strategies. The incumbent is accountable for designing and implementing programs that optimize processes, accelerate pipeline growth, and enable data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, SQL-based solutions, and AI-driven insights.

 


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Lead the design and execution of regional operational strategies that align with global objectives and deliver measurable business impact.

Own large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve marketing performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.

Recommend and influence policies, standards, and best practices for marketing operations across the region.

Champion automation and technology adoption to enhance efficiency and data integrity across SQL-driven and AI-enabled systems.

Serve as a thought leader on marketing operations, advising senior stakeholders on emerging trends and best practices.

Functional knowledge of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support marketing analytics and reporting needs.

Deliver sophisticated analysis on pipeline performance, campaign ROI, and account segmentation to inform strategic decisions.

Build and deploy AI-driven models for predictive lead scoring

Provide executive-level reporting and insights for QBRs and strategic planning sessions using AI-powered dashboards and visualization tools.

 


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Recognized expertise in marketing operations, sales operations, or related disciplines with a proven track record of leading large-scale programs.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, data modeling) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Advanced proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and analytics tools.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical data and AI solutions.
