Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Revenue Accountant to support our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce consumer products company. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounting with a focus on revenue recognition, merchant processor management, fraud detection, refunds and chargebacks, and cash reconciliation. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and provide insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities:Manage merchant accounts and payment processor transactionsMonitor and prevent fraudulent activityHandle refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation workflowsSupport month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, and P&L analysisReconcile cash accounts across multiple entitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Customer Support) to improve processesEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirementsIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3–5 years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsExperience with e-commerce payment processing and fraud monitoring a plusProficiency with Excel, ERP systems (SAP or similar), and general ledger processesExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Benefits and Perks:$65,000-$85,000Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Holidays, Vacation and Sick PTOTraining & Growth Your New Organization:A fast-growing global consumer products company specializing in skincare and wellness products sold through a direct-to-consumer and e-commerce model. The base pay range for this position is $65,000-$85,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
