Position Purpose:
Returnship Apprentice – Software Engineering
Are you ready to relaunch your tech career? Our Returnship Program is a 24-week, guided training and immersion experience designed for former experienced (mid to senior-level) software engineers returning to the workforce after a career break of 2–5 years.
The program begins with a 12-week skills refresh boot camp, featuring a personalized learning plan to help you rebuild confidence and sharpen your technical skills. This is followed by a 12-week team placement for hands-on job shadowing and real-world experience.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
This role reports to a Software Engineer Manager or Sr Manager.This position has no direct reports.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Ability to commit to a 26-week full-time course (Monday to Friday during business hours).
