As a Retirement Administration Senior Professional Analyst within our team, you will be tasked with assisting the Pension Team, primarily concentrating on researching, reviewing, and validating HR and Benefits data. Key duties involve conducting research, analyzing information, and updating records to find participants and beneficiaries who are unresponsive or difficult to trace.
Job responsibilities
Review plan and employer records for participant informationUtilize online search engines, public records, and social media platformsEmploy commercial locator services when necessaryMonitor obituaries and other public noticesDocument all search efforts, findings, and communications in a clear and organized mannerReach out via mail, email, phone, or social media to inform participants of their benefits and guide them through the claiming processWork with plan sponsors, trustees, and third-party administrators to facilitate benefit distributionAdhere to PBGC, Department of Labor (DOL), and IRS regulations regarding missing participants and benefit disbursementKeep up-to-date with evolving best practices, tools, and regulatory guidance related to locating missing participantsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
