Retention advisor – Sage Business cloud

At Sage, our Retention Advisors are responsible for managing all contract renewals within our existing customer base. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the organisation’s bottom line by driving customer retention, facilitating migrations, and achieving or exceeding renewal and migration revenue targets for annual customers. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration both across internal business units and externally with customers and Sage Business Partners.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site.
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a call centre or customer-facing role within the software technology sector. A demonstrated history of consistently meeting sales targets, along with proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, is essential. Success in this role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
