We’re hiring a Retail Warehouse Supervisor to Live. Work. Explore. this summer!
Job Summary:
Receive all inventory for the Trail Ridge Store. Ensure appropriate merchandise is sent to the Store and work with retail team to help keep storage well stocked. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while adhering to safety and environmental practices. Provide support in unloading Fed Ex, Fed Ex Freight and UPS deliveries. Open all deliveries, conduct pricing checks and input all receiving in MI9. Perform merchandise price updates. Responsible for contacting corporate support or the vendor in the event of discrepancies. Organize between stock going directly to the store floor versus that which goes into storage. Oversee loading the warehouse delivery truck in the morning. Responsible for shipping online sales. Assist food and beverage with Sysco deliveries as needed. Match invoices to items received.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-time, Seasonal. There are NO full-time year-round positions available.
Season Dates: Mid-May until mid-October
Pay: $21.45/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Perform all duties with respect to the Company’s Core Values, Mission Statement, and guest services standards.Establish and maintain order in all warehouse storage areas at Estes Park.Rotate all product when appropriate, to represent a “First In-First Out” philosophy of product usage.Be able to recognize all product the warehouse handles on a regular basis.Accurate communication with retail manager essential.Load and unload product from delivery truck and direct where it needs to be stored.Oversee loading the warehouse delivery truck in the morning.Open all deliveries, conduct pricing checks and input all receiving in MI9Stock product as necessary, making sure all displays are kept stocked, neat and clean.Notify retail manager when new product arrives.Assist in gift shop physical inventory, product transfers, and RTV’s.Process online shippinjgorders and transfers.Keep warehouse clean, which includes but is not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, and trash removal.Discuss concerns with the retail manager. Alert manager to potential shrinkage or product loss.Serve as a role model for less tenured and experienced staff through appropriate conduct, technique, etiquette, and dress code.Maintain a safe work area.Perform duties outside the job classification assigned by management along with any other responsibilities deemed necessary.
Qualifications
Provide support in unloading Fed Ex, Fed Ex Freight and UPS deliveries.Knowledge of all product stored in warehouse.Able to perform all necessary warehouse functions relative to the MI9 system.Ability to organize and prioritize your daily routine.Demonstrate a intermediate understanding of retail procedures.Able to work with minimal supervision. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.Ability to communicate in a positive and concise manner.Ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision.Demonstrate basic awareness of general shop security and theft prevention.Must possess a non-CDL valid driver’s license, and a clean record. Assist food and beverage with Sysco deliveries as needed.
Physical Requirements include:
Candidate must be able to work, on occasion at an altitude of 12,000 feet.Ability to stand/walk frequently throughout each shift.Frequently lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.Must have the ability to walk up and down stairs..Must be able to bend down or kneelMust be able to climb ladders as needed.Must be able to work alone.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
