1. Set and implement in-store strategy in link to product and marketing strategies.2. Increase the in-store purchase rate through differentiated in-store display and customer experience solutions.
3. Carry out in-store total solution consulting and improvement efforts for retail store conditions.
Role and Responsibilities
I. Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies: Create comprehensive plans that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales goals.
Research trends and consumer behavior: Stay updated on the latest retail design trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure displays remain fresh, relevant, and effective.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback: Use data to understand the impact of visual merchandising on sales and make data-driven decisions for optimizing displays and store layouts.
Budget management: Oversee and manage the budget allocated for visual merchandising initiatives, including props, materials, lighting, and installations.
II. Creative Design and Execution:
Design and create compelling displays: Conceptualize, design, and execute eye-catching window displays, in-store displays, and promotional areas
Store layout and floor plan optimization: Plan and maintain store layouts and traffic flow to guide customers through the store, optimize product placement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Sourcing materials and props: Identify and source appropriate props, fixtures, lighting, and other materials to execute display concepts effectively.
Ensuring brand consistency: Maintain consistent visual standards across all retail locations, ensuring that all displays reflect the brand's identity and aesthetic.
Signage and interior displays: Design and implement effective signage and interior displays to convey product information, promotions, and brand messaging.
III. Collaboration and Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, PM, sales, and store operations teams to ensure visual merchandising strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.
Train RE on visual merchandising standards, techniques, and best practices.
Conduct regular store visits: Visit stores regularly to assess the execution of visual merchandising guidelines, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate visual merchandising plans, guidelines, and feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
IV. Operations and Maintenance:
Oversee installation and breakdown: Manage the setup and breakdown of promotional displays, seasonal changes, and new product launches.
Maintain display standards: Ensure all displays are well-maintained, clean, organized, and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Inventory management: Work with relevant teams to ensure effective product presentation and optimal inventory levels for items produced.
