Job Description

As a Retail Vendor Manager, you will influence how Music engages fans, artists, and creators globally, working within a fast-paced environment that merges retail and entertainment.
Responsibilities
+ Act as the business owner for assigned categories, utilizing tools and resources to resolve listing defects and enhance customer experiences.
+ Support the creation of promotions, analyze results, and achieve business objectives.
+ Maximize selection opportunities by identifying gaps and collaborating with vendors.
+ Understand customer needs to advocate for site features that enhance shopping experiences.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
+ Conduct financial analyses of business opportunities to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or vendor management.
+ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's.
+ Vendor management experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field.
+ Excellent presentation, organization, and account management skills.

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
+ Strong database and computer skills.
+ Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
+ Experience in process improvement.
+ Experience with pricing and selection strategy.
+ Experience in online retail.
+ Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
+ Experience with apparel or retail brand specialization would be beneficial.
Work Environment
Located in Culver City, this position requires working in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with an estimated 1 hour of overtime. The role is team-based, offering interaction with teammates and regular check-ins with management. This opportunity provides exposure to interesting projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the retail team of the music division.

This is a Contract position based out of Culver City, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
