**Position Overview**
The Retail Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with retail leaders to attract, source, and hire top talent through a candidate-centric, innovative, and timely approach. This role leads best-practice retail recruitment initiatives, supporting both internal stakeholders and external talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role requires a strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on, overseeing the end-to-end execution of recruitment for retail roles, including hourly and management-level positions. The successful candidate will be open, approachable, and collaborative, working in close partnership with business and HR teams in a transparent and supportive way.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies aligned to business needs
+ Act as a trusted advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment activities including job specification validation, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation
+ Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience for both active and passive candidates
+ Play an active role in the planning and execution of recruiting, networking, and hiring events
+ Meet or exceed key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience measures
+ Develop creative recruitment solutions and maintain strong, proactive talent pipelines
+ Partner with the HR Business Partner to support employment brand initiatives and best practices
+ Ensure all recruiting and hiring activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes through collaboration with the wider Talent Acquisition team
+ Source, recruit, and hire the best-in-class talent for hourly and salaried positions.
**Requirements**
+ 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within luxury retail or a comparable industry
+ Full fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal
+ Strong customer-first mindset with a proven ability to deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience
+ Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines
+ Genuine passion for luxury retail, including its heritage, craftsmanship, and client experience
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent reprioritization
+ Highly collaborative, with strong relationship-building skills
+ Willingness to travel as required
