More about this role

The Retail Support Team Lead will be a leader and a developer of talent, responsible for actively managing and nurturing a team of 5 direct reports. serving as a foundational pillar for their professional growth. This role is critical in ensuring the team provides analysis, monitoring, and robust support for both business and technical aspect across Retail Regions. A core aspect is empowering the team to deliver impactful recommendations to Field Sales regarding business process and system changes, which requires communication and collaborative leadership.

1. Proactive Leadership & Talent Development

The Team Lead is dedicated to nurturing the potential of each direct report, guiding them to develop to their absolute fullest capabilities. This involves:

Regularly assessing individual strengths and areas for development.Providing timely, specific, and actionable feedback that encourages growth and skill enhancement.Establishing appropriate and actionable development plans that align with individual career aspirations and organizational needs.

Serves as the primary subject matter expert, actively guiding, training, and upskilling analysts on complex technical and business knowledge required for all projects and requests, thereby building their expertise and autonomy.

Drives continuous improvement initiatives, empowering the team to identify process enhancements and champion innovative solutions within their scope of work.

2. Strategic Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Guides the team in effective cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Retail Leadership, HQ Strategy & Operations, and the Sales Finance Team, ensuring team members confidently engage on diverse business initiatives.

Equips and enables the team to effectively act as a crucial liaison between third-party support providers and the business, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Proactively partners with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to comprehend strategic initiatives and business process changes, empowering the team to influence decisions by providing pertinent, timely, and actionable information on both scheduled and ad-hoc bases.

Leads by example in developing and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships across a diverse customer base, guiding the team in building their own professional networks.

3. Driving Analytical Excellence & Business Impact

Mentors the team in translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for Field Sales, influencing business process and system improvements.

Directs the team in reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring insights are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Job specific requirements:

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,790; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
