Garden Center Supervisor Full-Time Position: Retail hours. Sunday- Saturday availability. Days, nights and holidays. Bachman’s Plymouth store is seeking a customer-focused Garden Center Supervisor to help lead our retail garden operations. Job Duties: + Assist in managing the assigned store operations and directly supervising the retail operations as assigned by the Assistant Store Manager. + Train and model exceptional customer service. + Merchandising, ordering, stocking, displaying, inventory control of product. + Provide daily supervision and work directly through a participative management style by encouraging a teamwork environment that meets customer expectations. + Perform required administrative functions on a timely basis: schedules, reviews, and timecards + Manage product quality and stock levels. + Provide feedback to support departments. + Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the store. + Manage the entire store’s operation in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
