About the Role:
This role will work with the Head of Portfolio Planning & Strategy, and will drive the execution of the Retail Property strategy.
The individual will collaborate and work with cross functional SME’s and geography teams to identify blockers / opportunities in a timely manner as well as solution oriented with a data-led approach to maximize results and execute the Global Retail Strategy.
Monitor key metrics and pain points in the Asia branch network, converting data into compelling narratives for client strategy and decision-making.
Establish best practices, drive continuous improvement, and enhance efficiency through standardized processes and leadership across the Asia portfolio.
Responsible for setting and managing project deadlines, ensuring team accountability, and making decisions aligned with company policies to achieve timely and effective results.
About You:
Preferable but not limited to Business Administration, Accounting, Data and Analytics or other Administrative Science Degree. Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology; and knowledge in banking industry are helpful.Ability to manage Senior Stakeholders and respond effectively to sensitive issues, conduct complex financial / business analysis, including the preparation of complex reports. Ability to plan, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and work streams.Attention to detail, organized and methodical in your approach to work, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
