As leader of the store, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the NYC showroom, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand ethos and standards. **Main Focus** + Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). + Analyse showroom data and customer feedback to identify trends and make informed decisions to optimize showroom performance. + Drive compliance on global retail procedures and operating standards, supported by clear SOPs, system manuals and toolkits. + Other key areas include Inventory management, floor management, visual merchandising, sales and budget planning. **Team Management** + Lead, motivate, and mentor the showroom team to achieve individual and collective goals. + Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, implement trainings and identify opportunities for professional development. + Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. **Customer Experience** + Drive the O2O (Online-to-Offline) strategy in-store, focusing on seamlessly integrating the online and offline customer experience. + Implement in-store programs that enable customers to confidently evaluate and purchase our products.
