Our client, a leading retail hardware and home improvement provider, is seeking a Retail Store Associate- Paint to join their team. As a Retail Store Associate- Paint, you will be part of the retail operations supporting customer service and store maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Range: $18.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (Some Sunday's as well)
What's the Job?
Greet customers promptly and provide excellent service. Paint Knowledge is preferred Assist customers in selecting paint products and matching or mixing custom colors. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales and returns. Load customer orders and help with heavy buckets of paint (must be able to lift up to 70 lbs). Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment.What's Needed?
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 70 lbs). Comfortable with mixing paint and learning color matching techniques (training provided). Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills to operate the POS system. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional deliveries.What's in it for me?
